EADs and ETAsEADs not published under CPR-2011 and related ETAs

EADs for fixings which have not been cited in the OJEU based on the CPR 305/2011

Some EADs, which were adopted by EOTA and used for issuing ETAs under CPR-2011 have not been cited under CPR-2011 before CPR-2024 came into force in January 2026. EOTA has discontinued to list those EADs in the EAD list with status "Pending for citation in OJEU".

The respective EADs for fixings are:

• EAD 330084-01-0601 Steel plates with cast-in anchors
• EAD 330087-02-0601 Systems for post-installed rebar connections with mortar
• EAD 330087-02-0601-v01 Systems for post-installed rebar connections with mortar - 120 years working life
• EAD 330232-02-0601-v01 Mechanical fasteners for use in concrete, working life of 120 years
• EAD 330499-02-0601-v02 Variant: Bonded fasteners and bonded expansion fasteners for use in concrete with a service life of 120 years
• EAD 331064-00-0602 Blind rivets for connections of metal sheets and plates
• EAD 331072-00-0601-v01 Variant: Anchor devices with membrane collar for fastening personal fall protection systems to concrete substructures
• EAD 332001-01-0602-v01 Clamping system for connection of precast concrete members
• EAD 332402-00-0601-v01 Variant: Post-installed reinforcing bar (rebar) connections with improved bond-splitting behaviour under fire
• EAD 332402-00-0601-v02 Variant: Post-installed reinforcing bar (rebar) connections with improved bond-splitting behaviour under static loading and under seismic action
• EAD 335146-00-0601 Surface bonded fasteners for use on concrete

ETAs based on EADs which have not been cited in the OJEU based on the CPR-2011

Those ETAs can not be used as basis for DoPs and CE marking under CPR-2024. EOTA classifies such ETAs as Technical Documentation. Under CPR-2024, they are treated as ETA requests which have to be re-issued based on EADs adapted to the new requirements of CPR-2024 (e. g. sustainablitily and digitalisation) and published under CPR-2024. Holder of such ETAs should contact their TAB to clarify details.
