To ensure reliable installation, ETAs for anchors require that the installation is carried out by "appropriately qualified personell". To clarify this requirement, the German CFE member association Construction Fixings Germany together with the German Technical Assessment Body DIBt has developed a guideline to define basic and anchor specific knowledge.
