United KingdomUK: Marking of construction fixings with ETA

As a consequence of Brexit, the UKCA mark was introduced at the UK market to replace the CE marking for construction products.

On 2. September 2024 the responsible British ministry has announced that the recognition of the CE mark for construction products will be extended beyond the former deadline 30. June 202.5 Obviously this applies not time limited as this is already the case for other CE marked products.

Therefore, it is no longer required to use UKCA marking or to apply for UKTAs. Please find here the official information:
